MAIN PURPOSE 主要職責
Oversee the?effective
and efficient?day-to-day operations of the Spa at the resort.
監(jiān)督度假村的水療中心日常的高效運營。
Lead and play an
instrumental role in developing the wellness elements of the brand which
includes fitness and entertainment.
領導并在開發(fā)的健康元素（包括健身和娛樂）中發(fā)揮重要作用。
Provide assistance and
guidance to our Guests and ensure that high standard of service is
maintained by the Spa Therapists at all times.
為客人提供幫助和指導，確保水療師始終保持高標準的服務。
Actively participate in
budget preparation for the Spa and ensure that the set financial targets
for the department are met.

Maximise sales opportunities
and revenues through Spa visits and consultations.

Advise Guests on the various
packages and treatments offered by the spa.

Develop knowledge and
competencies of subordinates by providing on-the-job training and

Monitor and ensure?that
all treatment rooms are cleaned and?properly maintained in accordance
with the hygiene, health and safety guidelines.??

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS 教育背景資格
Tertiary education at Degree
Level in Leisure Management from a recognised institution or equivalent
qualifications.
獲得認證機構的休閑管理專業(yè)學位證書或同等資歷證書。
Recognised qualifications in
Spa/ Beauty Therapy: CIBTAC or CIDESCO or equivalent qualifications.
獲得水療/美容治療的認證資歷：國際美容治療及美容聯(lián)盟，或是國際美容師認證，或是同等學歷認證。
PRIOR WORKINGEXPERIENCE 以往工作經歷
A minimum of 10 years of
working?experience in Spa preferably in a 5-star resort.
具有十年以上水療工作經驗，五星級度假村酒店工作經驗優(yōu)先。
A minimum of 2 years of working experience as
Spa Manager.
具有兩年以上水療經理工作經驗。
At least 5 years of working
experience in training Spa Team Members.
具有五年以上培訓水療團隊成員的經驗。
Knowledge and experience
with integrated wellness approaches.
整合康體方式的知識與經驗。
Pre-opening resort
experience as a department head is required.
作為部門主管，度假村籌備開業(yè)經歷是必備的資質。
