MAIN PURPOSE 主要職責(zé)
Oversee the?effective
and efficient?day-to-day operations of the Spa at the resort.
監(jiān)督度假村的水療中心日常的高效運(yùn)營。
Lead and play an
instrumental role in developing the wellness elements of the brand which
includes fitness and entertainment.
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)并在開發(fā)的健康元素（包括健身和娛樂）中發(fā)揮重要作用。
Provide assistance and
guidance to our Guests and ensure that high standard of service is
maintained by the Spa Therapists at all times.

Actively participate in
budget preparation for the Spa and ensure that the set financial targets
for the department are met.

Maximise sales opportunities
and revenues through Spa visits and consultations.

Advise Guests on the various
packages and treatments offered by the spa.

Develop knowledge and
competencies of subordinates by providing on-the-job training and

Monitor and ensure?that
all treatment rooms are cleaned and?properly maintained in accordance

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS 教育背景資格
Tertiary education at Degree
Level in Leisure Management from a recognised institution or equivalent
qualifications.
獲得認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)的休閑管理專業(yè)學(xué)位證書或同等資歷證書。
Recognised qualifications in
Spa/ Beauty Therapy: CIBTAC or CIDESCO or equivalent qualifications.
獲得水療/美容治療的認(rèn)證資歷：國際美容治療及美容聯(lián)盟，或是國際美容師認(rèn)證，或是同等學(xué)歷認(rèn)證。
PRIOR WORKINGEXPERIENCE 以往工作經(jīng)歷
A minimum of 10 years of
working?experience in Spa preferably in a 5-star resort.
具有十年以上水療工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，五星級(jí)度假村酒店工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
A minimum of 2 years of working experience as
Spa Manager.
具有兩年以上水療經(jīng)理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
At least 5 years of working
experience in training Spa Team Members.
具有五年以上培訓(xùn)水療團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Knowledge and experience
with integrated wellness approaches.
整合康體方式的知識(shí)與經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Pre-opening resort
experience as a department head is required.
作為部門主管，度假村籌備開業(yè)經(jīng)歷是必備的資質(zhì)。
