2. Supervises team members in the HR Office ensuring the department’sdaily operation is running smoothly and team members discipline are adhered to.

3. Liaise with local government authorities regarding labor law, laborrelations and arbitration cases.

4. Prepares procedure released concerning the labor contracts for teammembers.

5. Supervises and checks all records on leaves, social insurance,housing allowance, misconduct and personnel action form etc..
監(jiān)督并檢查員工假期,社會(huì)保險(xiǎn),公積金,員工違紀(jì)事件,人事信息變動(dòng)表等記錄準(zhǔn)確性
