PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要職責(zé)
·The dutyengineer is the principal when he is on duty, he is in charge of the basicoperation and maintenance work of Engineering department.

·Ensures thathotel rules are followed and obeyed.
確保遵循酒店規(guī)章。
·Ensures punctualattendance and adherence to duty schedules by all subordinate supervisors.
確保按時出勤并使所有下屬主管都遵照值班表工作,根據(jù)總監(jiān)要求巡查有關(guān)重要機(jī)房及公共區(qū)域。
·Ensures thatpersonal grooming and hygiene standards are being observed by doing spot checksin the morning.
通過早上隨時抽查,確保員工儀表衛(wèi)生良好。
·Ensures allengineering employees follow the Engineering Standards and Procedures as issued from time to time.
確保所有工程部員工遵循不定期發(fā)出的工程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及程序。
·Responsible forthe proper organization and functioning of the energy management function ofthe Engineering Department.
負(fù)責(zé)工程部門能源管理功能的適當(dāng)?shù)慕M織及實施。
·Analyses andmonitors energy costs and expenditures for the department.
分析并監(jiān)督部門能源成本及費用。???? ??
·Maintains anequipment and machinery record system for the property, do the hand-over workin accordance with Langham Hotels Group rules.
保留酒店設(shè)備及機(jī)器記錄,按朗廷酒店集團(tuán)的規(guī)定做好交接班工作。
·Prepares on-dutyLog and conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operationalrequirements are known.
作好當(dāng)班記錄,進(jìn)行交班情況說明以確保酒店情況及運營要求被告知給接班人。
·Recommends tothe Director of Engineering, new policies and procedures for a more economicaloperation and maintenance program.
向工程總監(jiān)建議新政策及程序以獲取更經(jīng)濟(jì)的運營及維修保養(yǎng)方案。
·Participates inthe preparation of the annual engineering department budget.
參與年度工程部預(yù)算的準(zhǔn)備。
·Provide uniqueand high quality service for our guests forwardly. Interacts and cooperateswith Hotel guests and outside contractors as directed by his superior.
主動向酒店客人提供獨特、高品質(zhì)的服務(wù)。按其上級指令與酒店客人及外包商進(jìn)行互動與協(xié)商。
·Cooperates andcommunicates with other sections in the Engineering department.
與工程部內(nèi)部的其它小組進(jìn)行合作及交流。
·Interacts andcooperates with other departments when necessary to provide additional orspecialized services for functions, promotions and festivities.
如有必要與其它部門進(jìn)行互動及合作,為宴會、促銷及活動提供額外及特殊服務(wù)。
·Assists inEngineering contract analysis.
協(xié)助工程部合同分析。
·Assists everyconcerned technician with maintenance and repair when required and carry outtrainings on rules, regulations, operation standards etc. for the subordinates.
必要時協(xié)助各工種進(jìn)行維修保養(yǎng)工作,對所屬員工做好行為準(zhǔn)則技能操作規(guī)范等進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)。
·Conduct on thejob training in accordance with the departmental standards and procedures andmaintains a record of progress for each staff member.
按部門標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及程序進(jìn)行崗位培訓(xùn),并為每一參加培訓(xùn)的員工建檔。
·Provide inputfor probation and formal performance appraisal discussions in line with companyguidelines.
按照集團(tuán)指導(dǎo)方針進(jìn)行員工在試用期及正式錄用工作表現(xiàn)評估。
·Coach, counseland discipline staff in breach of hotel policies and departmental procedures,providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.
指導(dǎo)、建議并訓(xùn)練違反酒店政策及部門程序的員工,提出建設(shè)性反饋意見以提高工作質(zhì)量。
·Recycleswhere-ever possible and enforces cost saving measures to staff.
盡可能使用任何可被回收之物,并在員工中加強成本控制措施。

·DemonstrateAwareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures areconducted safely and within OH&S guidelines and ensure your direct reportsdo the same.

REQUIREMENTS 職位要求
Education 教育學(xué)歷
·Vocational Certificatein Engineering or equivalent.
工程職業(yè)證書或相當(dāng)?shù)淖C書。

·Good Mandarin and Englishlanguage skills.
