    SCOPE 職能范圍 Control the stock of food and what need to be ordered. The acceptance of perishable goods should be carried out and implemented in accordance with the standards, apply and follow first in first out and storage system.     1、協(xié)助總經(jīng)理不斷改進(jìn)完善工作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和服務(wù)程序,并督導(dǎo)實(shí)施。 2、負(fù)責(zé)餐飲部門工作人員調(diào)配、班次安排和員工的考勤、考核,保證在規(guī)定的營(yíng)業(yè)時(shí)間內(nèi),各服務(wù)點(diǎn)上都有崗、有人、有服務(wù)。 3、按照酒店服務(wù)規(guī)程和質(zhì)量要求,負(fù)責(zé)餐飲部的管理工作,并與廚房、吧臺(tái)保持密切聯(lián)系,協(xié)調(diào)工作。 4、掌握市場(chǎng)信息,了解客情和客人需求變化,做好業(yè)務(wù)資料的收集和積累工作,并及時(shí)反饋給廚房、吧臺(tái)及總經(jīng)理。 5、負(fù)責(zé)餐廳費(fèi)用控制和財(cái)產(chǎn)、設(shè)備和物料用品管理,做好物料用品的領(lǐng)用、保管及耗損賬目。 6、保持餐廳設(shè)備、設(shè)施整潔、完好、有效,及時(shí)保修和提出更新添置意見(jiàn)。 7、負(fù)責(zé)處理客人對(duì)餐廳服務(wù)工作的意見(jiàn)、建議和投訴,認(rèn)真改進(jìn)工作。 8、堅(jiān)持讓客人完全滿意的服務(wù)宗旨,加強(qiáng)餐廳服務(wù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理,檢查和督導(dǎo)餐廳員工嚴(yán)格按照服務(wù)規(guī)程,做好餐前準(zhǔn)備,餐間服務(wù)和餐后結(jié)束工作并抓好員工的崗位業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn)。 9、召開(kāi)班前、后會(huì),分配任務(wù),總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 有相關(guān)籌備工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮?。。?!
