You will be responsible for?the efficient running of?the division in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting?employee, guest and owner expectations.

Work closely with hotel cleaning companies and the Department of Health.

Regularly inspect the hygiene of the kitchen and various restaurants, and report any problems promptly.
確保餐飲部食品生產和服務的衛(wèi)生。
Ensure the hygiene of food production and services in the catering department.
與當地的衛(wèi)生和健康機構緊密合作,并協調與酒店和政府機構的相關事宜。
Work closely with local health and hygiene institutions and coordinate relevant matters with hotels and government agencies.
協助培訓部做好與健康、衛(wèi)生有關的培訓。
Assist the training department in providing health and hygiene related training.
