The Role崗位職責(zé):
Prepare and maintain files,reports, letters, memos and other relevant training records.
準(zhǔn)備并保存文件、報(bào)告、信函、備忘錄和其余相關(guān)的培訓(xùn)記錄。
Assist with the planning and comprehensive coordination of basic training programs.
協(xié)助計(jì)劃及協(xié)調(diào)基礎(chǔ)培訓(xùn),確保溝通過程流程及到位。
Implement training function and conduct training programs which are certified by Director, L&D.
經(jīng)學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)展總監(jiān)認(rèn)證,開展部分培訓(xùn)課程。
Assist in the selection of Departmental Trainers, then trains and develops them through ongoing workshops and monthly Learning Coaches Meeting.
協(xié)助進(jìn)行部門培訓(xùn)師的選拔,并協(xié)助對(duì)其進(jìn)行專業(yè)的培訓(xùn)課程及開展每月學(xué)習(xí)教練會(huì)議等的培訓(xùn)。
Deliver professional designated English programme that is tailored for specific needs of the job function performed.
開展專業(yè)設(shè)定的英語課程,以滿足工作職能的特定需求。

Experience in a luxury hotel is an advantage
有奢華酒店經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先
2 years related working experiences is expected

Bachelor degree and above
