    崗位職責 Ensures all correspondences, faxes, messages, emails are responded in a timely manner / disseminated accordingly. 確保所有的往來函件、傳真、信息、郵件能及時得到回應/傳達 Attend phone calls from guest and respond to the emails received from guest and concerned individuals in a timely manner. 參與并及時對來自客人或相關人員的電話和郵件予以反饋 Assists the head of department as and when required on a day to day basis. 日常協(xié)助部門領導的工作 Handles all appointments and keeps track of head of department daily schedule and engagements. 處理并跟進部門領導日常日程的安排和活動 Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies. 通過檢查庫存來確定庫存量來保證辦公用品庫存;預估所需的用品;評估新辦公用品;放置并加快用品的訂單;驗證物品的收貨 Co-ordinates with colleagues and representatives of other departments to ensure an efficient flow of communication. 與員工們及其他部門的代表協(xié)調,確保溝通的有效 Routine filing of documents in an organized manner. 有序有規(guī)律的存儲好文檔文件 崗位要求 Good written and oral communication skills inEnglish 優(yōu)秀的英語溝通技巧-口語與書寫流利 Experience MS Office, including Word, Excel,PowerPoint and Outlook 熟練操作辦公軟件,Word Excel PowerPoint 和 Outlook Organizational skills, advanced communication andwriting skills 有良好的組織能力溝通能力和書寫能力
