The Role崗位職責:
Prepare and maintain files,reports, letters, memos and other relevant training records.
準備并保存文件、報告、信函、備忘錄和其余相關的培訓記錄。
Assist with the planning and comprehensive coordination of basic training programs.
協(xié)助計劃及協(xié)調基礎培訓,確保溝通過程流程及到位。
Implement training function and conduct training programs which are certified by Director, L&D.
經學習與發(fā)展總監(jiān)認證,開展部分培訓課程。
Assist in the selection of Departmental Trainers, then trains and develops them through ongoing workshops and monthly Learning Coaches Meeting.
協(xié)助進行部門培訓師的選拔,并協(xié)助對其進行專業(yè)的培訓課程及開展每月學習教練會議等的培訓。
Deliver professional designated English programme that is tailored for specific needs of the job function performed.
開展專業(yè)設定的英語課程,以滿足工作職能的特定需求。
Talent Profile 崗位資質:
Experience in a luxury hotel is an advantage
有奢華酒店經驗優(yōu)先
2 years related working experiences is expected
兩年相關工作經驗
Bachelor degree and above
本科學歷及以上
Proficient English Skills
英語語言能力熟練
