崗位職責:上6休1 (景區(qū)、樂園、酒店、體育相關工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先),常住地:蘇州優(yōu)先;外籍也可
1、負責場館的經(jīng)營管理、日常領導和監(jiān)管培訓職責;
2、建議并實施顧客服務戰(zhàn)略,帶領團隊熱情友好地提供對客服務,達到且超越賓客的期望;
3、對于場館的發(fā)展和營業(yè)額的提高提出可行性操作的建議,提高營收和品牌的推廣;
4、通過各個分銷渠道和技術(shù)平臺,提升營收,擴大市場份額;
5、負責外聯(lián)事務,分析市場趨勢和本地行情變化及業(yè)務開發(fā);
6、參與準備年度預算與財務計劃,監(jiān)控預算并控制費用,達到最高投資回報率;
7、優(yōu)秀的溝通能力,具備管理復雜關系的能力;
8、OTA分數(shù),如攜程點評≥4.8優(yōu)先;
9、完成領導安排的其他工作內(nèi)容。

1. Responsible for the operation and management of the venue, daily leadership and supervision and training responsibilities;
2. Suggest and implement customer service strategy, lead the team to provide customer service warmly and friendly, and meet and exceed the expectations of guests;
3. Put forward feasible operation suggestions for the development of venues and the improvement of turnover, and improve revenue and brand promotion;
4. Increase revenue and expand market share through various distribution channels and technology platforms;
5. Responsible for external affairs, analysis of market trends and local market changes and business development;
6. Participate in the preparation of annual budget and financial plan, monitor budget and control expenses to achieve the highest return on investment;
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage complex relationships;
8. OTA score, such as Ctrip review ≥4.8 priority;
9. Complete other work content arranged by the leader.
