Regularly inspect the hygiene of the kitchen and various restaurants, and report any problems promptly.

Ensure the hygiene of food production and services in the catering department.
與當(dāng)?shù)氐男l(wèi)生和健康機(jī)構(gòu)緊密合作,并協(xié)調(diào)與酒店和政府機(jī)構(gòu)的相關(guān)事宜。
Work closely with local health and hygiene institutions and coordinate relevant matters with hotels and government agencies.
協(xié)助培訓(xùn)部做好與健康、衛(wèi)生有關(guān)的培訓(xùn)。
Assist the training department in providing health and hygiene related training.
