Responsibilities 工作職責(zé):
1.Follow up the work schedule and conduct rotational training in frontline departments for guest reception, food service, operation support, etc.
跟進(jìn)工作安排,在一線部門(mén)進(jìn)行賓客接待,餐飲服務(wù),運(yùn)營(yíng)支持等方面的輪崗培訓(xùn);
2.Accept the work arranged by the department HOD in the rotation department.
在輪崗部門(mén)接受部門(mén)HOD安排的工作;
3.Follow up the departmental rotation work to provide appropriate advice or suggestions.
跟進(jìn)部門(mén)輪崗工作提供相應(yīng)意見(jiàn)或建議;
4. Arrange the final position after the end of the rotation period according to the work performance.
根據(jù)輪崗時(shí)期工作表現(xiàn)在輪崗結(jié)束后安排最終崗位。
