Experiences and skills required
1.Minimum 2 years of similar sous chef role;
2.Minimum 4 years in a Western Restaurantkitchen (French, Mediterranean, Spanish, Italian) cooking traditional as wellcontemporary cuisine;
3.Passionate, self-driven, responsible andindependent with solid knowledge in food & kitchen safety;
