The LaBrezza Captain is concerned with the day to day supervision of the restaurant operation of the Hotel and compliance with established restaurant policies and procedures of this Hotel, maintain good communication with kitchen and other personnel, perform according to standards on table service in assigned station according to restaurants specifications, courteously and efficiency, follow the safety and security procedures, policies. speak with others using clear and professional language. develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. meanwhile represent the restaurant, the Hotel and the St. Regis brand and must be impeccably groomed with good posture and competent communications skills.
