Key Duties and Responsibilities
主要義務(wù)和職責(zé)
? Assist the sales manager/assistant manager to handle the daily operation and maintenance including new room type and pricing pop online, room availability management, online information display and guest’s consultation, etc.
? 協(xié)助銷售經(jīng)理/副經(jīng)理處理OTA平臺(tái)運(yùn)營(yíng)維護(hù),包括房間上線及調(diào)價(jià),房態(tài)管理,線上信息展示及客人咨詢等。
? Responsible for all kinds of sales data and client data statistics, analysis, summary, complete the department reports and other writing, reporting to the group leader in time.
? 負(fù)責(zé)各種銷售數(shù)據(jù)及客戶資料的統(tǒng)計(jì)、分析匯總,及時(shí)完成部門(mén)報(bào)表等的制作編寫(xiě),匯報(bào)給領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。
? Assist with manager/assistant manager with contract signing, meeting arrangement and new customers inspection and other related work.
? 配合經(jīng)理/副經(jīng)理完成合同簽署、安排會(huì)務(wù)、接待、開(kāi)發(fā)新客戶等相關(guān)工作。
? Handling with guest and WeChat group’s communication of daily consultation, information release, order processing, customer complaints and other related affairs.
? 及時(shí)處理客戶及各微溝通信群內(nèi)日常咨詢、信息發(fā)布、訂單處理、客人投訴等相關(guān)事務(wù)。
? Responsible for administrative affairs, such as follow up with file stamp, procedures and approval, documentation of contract, expense reimbursement, post, stationery procurement, attendance statistics, etc.
? 負(fù)責(zé)處理辦公室職責(zé)及行政事務(wù),如跟進(jìn)文件蓋章、流程審批、合同歸檔、財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)銷、行政寄件,辦公用品采購(gòu),考勤統(tǒng)計(jì)等。
? Build up good communication with other related departments.
? 與公司其他相關(guān)部門(mén)建立良好溝通,方便日常工作的正常進(jìn)行。
? Be responsible for livestreaming related work and live broadcast
?需要負(fù)責(zé)直播相關(guān)工作并出鏡直播
? Complete temporary tasks assigned by manager/assistant manager etc.
? 完成經(jīng)理/副經(jīng)理等臨時(shí)交辦的其他任務(wù)
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
技能、經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教育要求
? Good communication and presentation skills.
? 良好的溝通表達(dá)能力。
? conscientious and careful teamwork spirit, sense of responsibility.
? 工作認(rèn)真細(xì)心,有團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神,責(zé)任感強(qiáng)。
? Conversant with use of Microsoft office.
? 熟悉微軟辦公軟件。
? Preferred with hotel work, sales, reservation, customer service experience or worked in OTA platform already.
? 有酒店、銷售、預(yù)定、客服經(jīng)驗(yàn)或曾在OTA平臺(tái)中任職優(yōu)先考慮。
