Responsibilities 工作職責:
1. Arrange work according to forecast, group meal arrangement and VIP number.
根據(jù)預(yù)測、團體餐安排及重要賓客的人數(shù)來安排工作。
2. Record sales, guest complaints, solutions and related staff and equipment.
?做好銷售,賓客投訴、解決辦法及相關(guān)員工、設(shè)備的記錄。
3. Make Suggestions to leaders to improve work efficiency, promote sales, and achieve the purpose of increasing source and saving cost.
? 給領(lǐng)導(dǎo)提出建議,提高工作效率,促進銷售,并達到增源節(jié)支的目的。
4. Ensures that the maximize restaurant profits achieved.

Job Specs 職位要求
1. College degree or above, good command of at least one foreign language.
大專及以上學(xué)歷,至少熟練掌握一門外語。
2.? At least?5 years working experience in a similar position in 5 star hotel.
至少5年以上五星酒店相關(guān)工作崗位經(jīng)驗。
3. Very good English skills (written & verbal) Computer operation and familiarity with some software packages, including Spreadsheet programs.
