and hygiene, repair and maintenance, employee grooming, and manning levels are
in order and takes appropriate action where necessary.

4.Ensures Spa treatment and retail items

5.Ensures the security and safety of all
Spa areas and facilities, and to be responsible for Spa keys.

6. Ensure that day to day operational
matters are handled on time and guest expectations are met to maintain Banyan
Tree's high level standards.

7.Monitors
and controls the financial performance of the outlets, helps maximize yield of
the outlets and control costs and expenses.
