1.Ensure locker room cleanliness is well maintained as per hygiene standard.
確保更衣區(qū)衛(wèi)生符合酒店標準。
2.Provide service to guest and member as per service standard.
在更衣區(qū)為客人和會員按照服務標準提供服務。
3.Check all daily operating checklists and operating forms.
完成每日的工作檢查表格和各種部門要求的運營表格。
4.Attend daily roll call and monthly meeting, take notes and necessary action and distribute all information to follow section team members concern.
參加每日和每月例會,記錄必要信息,把需要跟進的工作內容分享給團隊同事。
5.Ensure, update and input all towels taken by guest in the towel sign in /out forms.
對客人使用和歸還的毛巾做好相應記錄。
6.Update and input all necessary reports necessary for monitoring.
跟新部門要求的所有工作表格。
7.Assist the supervisor to manage and upkeep your section equipment and operating supplies.
協(xié)助主管對你所在的工作區(qū)域的設備及經營物品的管理和維護。
8.Assist and attend to all walks in guests in your respective working area or section.
在健身中心為進店客人提供協(xié)助和服務。
9.Provide towels and sheets to clients in public baths, steam rooms, and restrooms.
在淋浴室、蒸汽房等區(qū)域為客人提供毛巾。
10.Assist and help any members or guests that require any assistant in the locker area. That requires any services or requests.
在更衣區(qū)為客人或會員提供所有幫助和服務,盡一切可能滿足客人的需求。
11.Maintain a lost and found collection.
遵照部門關于客人物品遺失和找尋的流程對客人物品進行處置。
12.Collect soiled linen or clothing for laundering.
收集臟布草和更換干凈布草。
13.Report all guests who break the rules and regulations of the club to the supervisor.
對于觸犯和不服從健身中心關于使用健身房的規(guī)則和章程的客人,及時向主管匯報。
14.Activate emergency action plans and administer first aid, as necessary.
在區(qū)域發(fā)生緊急事件或客戶突發(fā)狀況時,積極參與協(xié)助管理人員對突發(fā)事件的處置。
15.Cooperate with team members and assist in any way.
力所能及的情況下都要對同事提供工作協(xié)助及具備良好的團隊合作精神。
16.Abide by the hotel code of conduct.
遵守酒店的規(guī)章制度。
17.Abide by the hotel employee handbook.
遵守酒店的員工手冊。
18.Abide by the hotel policies and procedures.
遵守酒店的政策與各項程序。
19.Carry out other tasks as directed by the manager.
執(zhí)行完成經理下達的各項工作任務。

Previous hotel-related experience beneficial.
有酒店相關工作經驗者優(yōu)先。
