崗位職責(zé)
1、以十分專業(yè)、友善的商業(yè)態(tài)度工作,并履行職位要求的各種責(zé)任和義務(wù),以及水療總監(jiān)安排的任務(wù);
Work with a very professional and friendly business attitude, and perform various responsibilities and obligations required by the position, as well as tasks arranged by the spa director;
2、協(xié)助完成所有運(yùn)營方面的培訓(xùn)工作;
Assist to complete all operational training;
3、協(xié)助水療總監(jiān)進(jìn)行日常檢查理療師做的理療項(xiàng)目和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作流程;
Assist the spa director in daily inspection of physical therapy items and standard operating procedures made by physiotherapists;
4、給酒店員工進(jìn)行Spa方面的培訓(xùn);
Provide Spa training for hotel staff;
5、處理客人投訴,必要時(shí)處理前臺(tái)的工作;
Handle guest complaints and handle front desk work when necessary;
6、每周評(píng)估并回顧所有理療療程。
Evaluate and review all physical therapy sessions every week.
職位要求
1、至少3年水療行業(yè)相關(guān)管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),酒店水療行業(yè)最佳;
At least 3 years management experience in spa industry, preferably in hotel spa industry;
2、必須有良好的數(shù)學(xué)思維,技術(shù)能力,及Spa知識(shí);
Must have good mathematical thinking, technical ability and Spa knowledge;
3、要了解Spa行業(yè)的最新趨勢(shì);
To understand the latest trends in the Spa industry;
4、最好有Spa行業(yè)的專業(yè)電腦知識(shí),例如Spa操作軟件;
It is best to have professional computer knowledge in Spa industry, such as Spa operating software;
5、必須能夠掌握基本的電腦知識(shí)。
Must be able to master basic computer knowledge.
