Under the general direction of the Assistant Front Services Manager and within the limits of established Rosewood Hotels and local policies and procedures, oversees and directs all aspects of the guest relations function to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction to all guests and with specific responsibility for each guest’s arrival and departure experience.?

Requirements 任職資格:
1. University Bachelor Degree and above.
大學本科及以上學歷。
2. Excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English are a must.
優(yōu)秀的中英文書寫和口語能力。
3. Proficient at using Opera and Microsoft Office
精通OPERA系統(tǒng)以及微軟辦公軟件。
4. Good interpersonal & communication skills.
良好的人際交往和溝通能力。
5. Ability to work independently and as a team.
能夠獨立工作和團隊合作。

Experience 經驗要求:
工作經驗
Minimum two years’ experience in a similar capacity in a luxury or ultra-luxury international brand hotel.
至少2年在奢華五星級酒店或國際品牌的超豪華酒店的相關工作經驗。
