2. Repair the guest rooms and publicareas according to the plan, and arrange the order according to the damage ofthe guest rooms.
按計劃檢修客房、公共區(qū)域,根據(jù)客房損壞情況排出先后次序。
3. Complete comprehensive temporarytasks, such as checking VIP rooms; Supervise the outsourced overhaul of guestroom, restaurant, lobby etc.
完成綜合性臨時任務,如檢查VIP房;監(jiān)督客房、餐廳、大堂等外包大修工作。
4. Complete minor repair work proposedby guests and other work arranged by maintenance supervisor.
完成賓客提出的小修工作及維修主管安排的其它工作。
5. Provide the status quo of guest roomfacilities and public areas, and propose remedial suggestions.
提供客房設施現(xiàn)狀、公共區(qū)域現(xiàn)狀,提出補救意見。
崗位要求
1. More than 1 year working experience inthe same position.
1年以上同崗位工作經驗。
2. familiar with the hotel's customerservice requirements.
