·?Assists Pastry Chef in training Commis, and participates in product development and quality control.

·?Ensure the operation of the Pastry Kitchen. Prepare and cooks food in all areas of the Pastry Kitchen as and when directed.

Primary Responsibilities 主要職責
·??Assist Pastry Chef in the daily operation and to help maintain a high standard of food presentation and food quality.

·?Prepares food for guests and associates efficiently and economically.

·?Keep cleanliness and tidiness of all areas of the Pastry Kitchen, including storeroom, cold storage room, and dry storage room.

Knowledge and Experience 知識和經(jīng)驗
·?High school, formal studies in Pastry/Baking
高中學歷,或正規(guī)糕點烘焙學校學習
·??Minimum 3 to 4 years’ experience in 4 or 5 Star hotel
至少3到4年四星或五星級酒店的相關工作經(jīng)驗
·??Acknowledged managerial skills?????

·??Perfect knowledge of HACCP guidelines??????
