Job Purpose 職位描述
Ensure the comfort and safety of guests by providing room attendant everything necessary for smooth housekeeping operation. Responsible to supervise the activities of the floor talent maintain up to standard cleanliness of rooms, corridors and service areas. Responsible for reporting to Floor Manager when first line talent misconduct and recommend corrective actions.
為客房服務(wù)員提供必要的支持以保證客房部的正常運(yùn)行,確保客人感到舒適及安全以及。負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)督樓層人才工作以使客房、走廊及服務(wù)區(qū)的清潔達(dá)到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。當(dāng)一線(xiàn)人才行為不當(dāng)時(shí)應(yīng)向樓層經(jīng)理報(bào)告并提出改進(jìn)方法。
Primary Responsibilities 主要職責(zé)
· To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel's policy relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
對(duì)酒店的規(guī)章制度、衛(wèi)生、健康安全有明確的了解。
· To supervise Room Attendant and inspect guest rooms and surround service areas. Paying attention to details by keeping the international standard of room cleanliness and product maintenance adhering to standard required by our hotel.
管理客房服務(wù)員并檢查客房及服務(wù)區(qū)域的衛(wèi)生,注意從酒店的全局出發(fā)并根據(jù)要求建立國(guó)際化的衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
· To check all the guest rooms, VIP in-house, VIP arrival and long staying guests.
檢查所有客房,重要客人的房間以及重要客人的到達(dá),以及常住客人的房間衛(wèi)生。
