· Greet guests and club members in Resort & Spa Area
· Establish a rapport with guests and club members maintaining good customer relationship
· Provide quality service to the guests by responding to requests promptly, efficiently and courteously throughout the guest’s experience in spa / resort
· Fluent in both English and Cantonese, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
· Able to work on shift

1.In charge of the whole department working,conduct and manage daily operation.
? 主持康體部工作;實施各經(jīng)營項目;提供經(jīng)營與日常管理的方案。
2.Daily inspect each postion and all equipments to make sure operation.
?巡視各營業(yè)網(wǎng)點和各種設(shè)備,確保營業(yè)的正常進(jìn)行。
3.Train heartists all time and make out related management system to make sure service.
對員工進(jìn)行培訓(xùn),并制定相關(guān)管理規(guī)范,保證服務(wù)質(zhì)量。
4.Deal with guest complains to keep relations between hotel and guests
處理重大賓客投訴,盡量滿足賓客要求,維護(hù)酒店利益。
5.Be Respponsible for revenue and try best to expand more members
對康樂中心會員收入完成負(fù)責(zé),并努力拓展會員
