The ability to ensure the kitchen daily operation of associate restaurant, assisting Director of Culinary Operations in the daily management as well. Takes pride in their work providing the highest quality of food.

To attend kitchen supervisor briefings.
參加廚房例會。
To check all employees regularly for cleanliness appearance and awareness of pride in their personnel hygiene and in their uniforms.
按時(shí)檢查員工儀容儀表,個(gè)人衛(wèi)生和制服的整潔。
To develop and complement training programs and conduct training sessions.
開展并完成培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目,組織員工培訓(xùn)。

Requirements任職資格:
Fluent written and oral communication skills in English and excellent written and oral communication skills in Chinese.
良好的英語書面和口頭溝通能力,優(yōu)秀的中文書面和口頭溝通能力。

Experience經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求:
Min 5 years experiences in similar capacity.
5年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
