1·Manage in-coming clients enquiries received via fax, phone and email effectively to ensure all calls are handled professionally, promptly and courteously.

2·Provide accurate resorts & hotels information to all clients and efficient coordination of requests from FITs or Groups to ensure high level of customers’ satisfaction.
對(duì)客戶提供準(zhǔn)確的酒店信息,有效率的協(xié)助來(lái)自散客及團(tuán)隊(duì)的需求,確保客戶的滿意度。
3·Possess excellent product knowledge to enhance work efficiency and productivity.
具備出色的酒店產(chǎn)品知識(shí),提高工作效率及效績(jī)。
4·Provide efficient support by maintaining an updated product file for the various resorts, thus, ensuring the Team has the most current information readily upon request.
通過(guò)及時(shí)維護(hù)更新銷(xiāo)售數(shù)據(jù)文件,確保銷(xiāo)售團(tuán)隊(duì)在收到信息問(wèn)詢是能及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確提供。
5·Provide administrative support to the Sales Team in terms of preparing sales quotation and proposals.
協(xié)助銷(xiāo)售團(tuán)隊(duì)準(zhǔn)備報(bào)價(jià)及團(tuán)隊(duì)計(jì)劃書(shū)。
6·Prepare sales contracts, update contract summary and follow up with clients on outstanding contract.
準(zhǔn)備銷(xiāo)售合同,更新合同匯總表,跟進(jìn)客戶還未簽訂的合同。
7·Work closely with various department especially Reservation, Front Office & F&B etc.
與各部門(mén)保持良好的合作關(guān)系,特別是與預(yù)定部,前廳部及餐飲部。

大專(含)以上學(xué)歷優(yōu)先考慮
