1.Familiarizes self with facilities, activities, equipment, services and other pertinent information in order to provide guest with accurate information.
為了更好的為客人提供精確的信息,要熟悉自己服務(wù)的設(shè)備,活動(dòng)和裝備以及相關(guān)的服務(wù)信息
2.Ensures facilities and equipment are clean, orderly and well maintained.
保證設(shè)備和裝備的整潔、整齊、有序。
3.Conducts activities and services for guests, members and registered children while giving proper Instruction and safety reminders. Abides by rules & regulations and policies and procedures of hotel.
為客人,會(huì)員和登記進(jìn)入的兒童給予適當(dāng)?shù)陌踩甘尽W袷鼐频甑囊?guī)章制度和程序
4.Attends scheduled training, participates actively in employee activities.
參加定期的培訓(xùn)例會(huì),積極參與員工活動(dòng)
5.Update analysis, membership record, and membership cards etc. into the computer.
在電腦里更新并儲(chǔ)存每日分析報(bào)表、會(huì)員記錄和會(huì)員卡.
6.Maintain and strive for high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining and promoting good Customer relations and developing guest focus in the recreation team.
通過與客人建立良好的關(guān)系,以客人為中心來爭取客人最佳滿意度。
7.Report to work on time with proper uniform, including nametag. Personal appearance must
comply with the standard of the hotel.
按照到崗、制服穿戴干凈整齊,佩帶名牌。個(gè)人形象和儀容儀表必須符合酒店規(guī)定.
