About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai within the SPA Department, The Spa Concierge?Agent reports to the Director of Spa.
As Spa Concierge?Agent you will be?responsible?for the following duties:
The Spa Concierge is responsible for, but not limited to booking all spa treatments, explaining services to guests, any POS sales including retail and checking in and checking out all guests in a professional manner. Spa concierge reports to Spa Operation Supervisor.
As Spa Concierge?Agent we?expect?from you:?
University or post-graduate diploma is required ? ? ?? ?
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish allmajor responsibilities and tasks.? ?
Must be self-motivated
Must be flexible and able to work efficiently under pressure.
Must work in a safe, prudent and organized manner
Must have mathematical skills, technical aptitude and spa knowledge
Must have a commitment to follow all local and corporate policies andprocedures as they relate to the Spa and hotel.
Must have knowledge of current spa trends in the industry
Must have knowledge of holistic concepts that relate to the well-beingof all guests in a spa environment
Must be open to learning about treatments and concepts that derive fromother cultures
To set a standard at all times in professionalism, appearance andattitude as expected of all spa colleagues.
To be adaptable and accountable for all actions
Consistently strive for a higher level of achievement both personallyand professionally
Must takes into account levels of service, buying styles, ages anddemographics of guests. The ability to up sell services, recommends products,and assures client satisfaction
Must be willing to be proactive, take initiative and be held accountablewhen dealing with guests.

作為水療禮賓員，您將負(fù)責(zé)以下職責(zé)：
