崗位職責(zé)
1、With?Director of Sales?plan sales strategy and implement tactics to achieve budget
與銷售總監(jiān)一起計(jì)劃并執(zhí)行銷售策略,完成預(yù)算。
Establish new business and maintain existing business accounts through the preparation and execution of action plans通過(guò)制定和執(zhí)行工作方案來(lái)開發(fā)新業(yè)務(wù)客戶,維護(hù)現(xiàn)有業(yè)務(wù)客戶。3、Convert sales leads轉(zhuǎn)化銷售線索。
Handle accounts/prospects jointly with senior positions與高職位員工一起處理客戶或可能成為客戶的業(yè)務(wù)。
Solicit and close business according to established parameters根據(jù)建立起來(lái)的監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)接收和拒絕業(yè)務(wù)。
Conduct familiarizations and site inspections執(zhí)行使客人熟悉環(huán)境的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)考察活動(dòng)。
Maintain a regular sales call pattern保持定期的電話銷售模式。
Monitor competitive set and communicate tactical changes to Manager監(jiān)測(cè)同檔次酒店并與經(jīng)理就策略的更改進(jìn)行交流。
Attend regular meetings參加例會(huì)。10、Entertain prospects and existing key accounts with the view to sustain business and generate further sales招待潛在客戶和現(xiàn)有重要客戶以獲得業(yè)務(wù)和創(chuàng)造更多銷售額。11、Report as required on sales activities and successes按要求匯報(bào)銷售工作和戰(zhàn)績(jī)。12、Participate in conducting client interviews參加客戶拜訪。13、Maintain regular contact with other hotel guest managers in the area與所在區(qū)域內(nèi)的其他酒店客戶經(jīng)理保持定期聯(lián)系。14、Monitor competitor activities監(jiān)測(cè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的工作。15、Build profile in market place在市場(chǎng)上創(chuàng)造聲譽(yù)。16、Assist?Director of Sales?with collateral distribution and direct mail campaigns協(xié)助銷售總監(jiān)分發(fā)宣傳品和直郵廣告。17、Develop and maintain contact with business generators, meeting and convention planners,visitors/Convention Bureau travel agents, tour operators, airlines, corporate accounts, Government Departments and other producers closely allied to Hotel Business與業(yè)務(wù)供應(yīng)方,會(huì)展策劃人,游客或會(huì)展旅行代理,旅行社,航空公司,公司,政府部門及其它與酒店業(yè)務(wù)密切相關(guān)方建立和保持聯(lián)系。18、Work in line with business requirements依照業(yè)務(wù)需求開展工作。
