?Ensures the hotel public areas are well prepared to receive guests as in the lighting is correct, background music is on according to standard, public areas and hotel entrance are clean and facility is in order. Is responsible to report and follow up on any maintenance or cleaning requirements, takes care of unwanted loiterers in the Reception House.
? 要確保酒店公共區(qū)域都做好了迎接客人的準(zhǔn)備,比如,燈光及背景音樂是否達(dá)到了標(biāo)準(zhǔn),公共區(qū)域和酒店的入口的衛(wèi)生和設(shè)施是否正常運(yùn)行。在發(fā)現(xiàn)有任何未達(dá)到衛(wèi)生和保養(yǎng)的要求,有責(zé)任通知相關(guān)部門進(jìn)行及時(shí)的處理和跟進(jìn)。關(guān)注那些在大堂區(qū)域毫無(wú)目的閑逛外來(lái)參觀者。
