The Security Officer provides a safe and secure environment to enable the Company to maximise profit potential. He/She maintains all Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai standards to the highest level, delivering a prompt and courteous service at all times. The Security Officer assists the Security Manager in all aspects of the Security Department and in the absence of the Security Manager undertakes responsibilities as directed. He/She will drive guest and employee satisfaction throughout the total hotel. 主要職責(zé)： 1.領(lǐng)導(dǎo)保安員每日的工作。 2.為保安員安排酒店巡邏和輪崗。 3.控制保安員并確保他們所做的都是按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)流程進(jìn)行的。 4.將每日活動(dòng)和情況記錄在保安部日志中。 5.觀察并注意監(jiān)控室，有任何安全警報(bào)給出直接回應(yīng)。 6.當(dāng)遇到突發(fā)事件時(shí)，及時(shí)做好突發(fā)事件報(bào)告。

崗位職責(zé) 1.協(xié)調(diào)指揮停車場的車輛按停車位停放，保持停車場道路暢通。 2.確保車庫出入口無障礙物，并移走亂停亂放的車輛。 3.服務(wù)周到熱情，見賓客主動(dòng)問好，對乘車賓客要協(xié)助迎賓員照料賓客下車。 4.保證酒店和賓客的生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全。 5.保持好與大門崗及停車場崗位的聯(lián)系使車輛有序出入停放。 6.加強(qiáng)巡邏，發(fā)現(xiàn)可疑情況，視情況處理或及時(shí)向上級報(bào)告。 7.一般性糾紛和事故立即按程序處理，并及時(shí)請示匯報(bào)。 8.一旦酒店發(fā)生火災(zāi)應(yīng)立即報(bào)警，按火災(zāi)處理程序向有關(guān)人員進(jìn)行報(bào)告。 9.確保酒店停車場范圍內(nèi)無閑雜人等。 10.正確的，安全的，禮貌的處理所有停車場的違紀(jì)事件或犯罪案件。 11.與同事建立并保持良好關(guān)系。 12.按酒店的要求對酒店員工駕車進(jìn)出停車場所攜帶物品進(jìn)行檢查。 13.執(zhí)行其它被指派的任務(wù)。 崗位要求 1.對治安防范工作有一定程度的了解。 2.熟悉酒店消防工作規(guī)范，品貌端莊，身體健康。 3.工作細(xì)致，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)。

As the essential component of Loss Prevention, Security Guard takes the basic responsibility of security and safety. They should keep the safety at their working area. Monitor the nearby entrance & area, report any suspicious objective. Make sure property equipments are work normally, and report any defect and damage and unsafe situation.
