The SPA Receptionist main responsibility is to greet all guests that come to the SPA Reception passionately. Assist guests with appointments, paymenttransaction, provide general information, promote, selling of retail tomaximize the spa services and facilities. Proactive in delivering exceptionalservices to all guests request for everlasting memories.
水療接待主要是熱情迎接和接待所有來到水療前臺的客人。協(xié)助客人預(yù)訂水療項目、付費、介紹水療的信息、促銷活動、售賣零售產(chǎn)品以最大化水療服務(wù)和設(shè)施的收入。杰出的服務(wù)不僅僅來自于積極主動、熱情周到,還要能夠為所有的客人創(chuàng)造永久難忘的回憶。

1.?????Full working understanding of Spa Vision andMission, SOP(s)

2.?????Schedule reservation in an attempt to maximizedaily utilization and revenues
安排客人的預(yù)訂,試圖最大化每日的利用率和收入
3.?????Perform the Spa Soft systems for reservation,cashiering and reports.
使用SpaSoft系統(tǒng)操作預(yù)訂、收銀和報表
4.?????Maintain an efficient check in and check outservice
保持高效率的理療房登記和登出服務(wù)
5.?????Maintain the presentation quality and quantityof retail boutique display items
保持零售精品展示的數(shù)量和質(zhì)量
6.?????Maintain cleanliness and organization of spareception and retail boutique areas
保持工作間和精品零售區(qū)域的衛(wèi)生清潔和物品的整齊擺放
7.?????Notify engineering with all maintenance need inthe spa
對于水療的維護需要要及時通知工程部
8.?????Provide ESPA arrival guest journey according tostandard
