      Scope of Position The scope of this position is the practical application of security measures ensuring the safety and well-being of guests, clients, patrons, contractors, visitors and colleagues as well as protection of the Company’s property from loss or damage. The Security Officer provides a safe and secure environment to enable the Company to maximise profit potential. He/She maintains all Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai standards to the highest level, delivering a prompt and courteous service at all times. The Security Officer assists the Security Manager in all aspects of the Security Department and in the absence of the Security Manager undertakes responsibilities as directed. He/She will drive guest and employee satisfaction throughout the total hotel.
