Responsible in achieving the Brand andHotel positioning objectives locally and internationally through MarketingCommunication, PR and Promotional activities.

TheRole 崗位職責(zé):
1. Plan,implement and monitor the PR segments in the annual Revenue Plan, with actionplans and relevant updating throughout the year where needed.
依據(jù)年度收益計(jì)劃和行動(dòng)計(jì)劃,制定、實(shí)施和監(jiān)督公共關(guān)系。
2. Plan,conceptualise and execute all aspects of marketing campaigns, includingadvertising, promotions, communications and CRM, tailoring each plan accordingto target markets.

3. Handleall areas related to Marcom, including media planning, mediarelations/promotions, communications, copy writing and collateral production.

4. Liaisewith regional office on business development and Marcom projects.

5. Submitmonthly report to DOSM with a copy to General Manager.

6. Manageand develop the Marcom team in a professional and brand-adhering manner, aimingfor the highest possible level through detailed performance reviews, coachingand training.

TalentProfile任職資格:
1.Min 2-3 years experience in similarcapacity in hotel industry.

2.Leadership skills and knowledge of alltasks within the area of responsibility.

3.Knowledge in e-commerce, masscommunication, creative graphic design, innovative copy writing, and editing.
