2? Be responsible for insuring guest’s safety in the swimming pool and pool area as well as ensuring that hygiene standards are never compromised.
確保所有客人在泳池區(qū)域的安全, 并堅持確保衛(wèi)生安全標準符合衛(wèi)生質(zhì)檢部門的一貫 要求。?
3? Monitor activities in swimming areas to prevent accidents and help swimmers when needed, warning swimmers of any unsafe situations.
監(jiān)控游泳區(qū)域客人安全,防止事故發(fā)生和給予游泳者必要的援助，對不安全的情況做?出提醒。?
4? Maintain a professional appearance.
有良好的專業(yè)形象。?
5?Maintain order in swimming areas.
管理和維護泳池秩序。??
6? Oversee the swimming pool safety operations. Never leave guest at pool area unattended.
監(jiān)督泳池的安全運作, 決不允許客人在泳池區(qū)域時處于無人照看狀態(tài)。?
7?Implement and remind guest of swimming pool regulations to ensure guests’ safety.
執(zhí)行并提醒客人遵守泳池的規(guī)章制度以確?？腿说陌踩?。?
8? Pay special attention to children and adults of old age at the pool area
特別關注在泳池區(qū)域的小孩和老人的安全。
9? Able to administer CPR [Cardio Pulmonary Recitation] when needed.
在有需要時能很好地執(zhí)行心肺復蘇術。
10? Rescue swimmers in danger of drowning and administer First Aid.
救援游泳溺水者并很好地施行急救術。
11? Inspect and record swimming pool water temperature, water quality, chlorine
content and water PH value.
檢查并記錄泳池的水溫, 水質(zhì)，氯含量以及PH值。
12? The lifeguard must be excellent swimmers and should also be able to swim
underwater as well as they need to help anyone drowning.
必須是優(yōu)秀的游泳運動員,能??夠在水下游泳很好的救助有需要的人。
13? Cleaning & maintaining swimming pool to ensure hygiene standards are observed.
清潔和維護泳池以保證衛(wèi)生標準。
14??Cannot leave swimming pool without permission. In case of temporary leave ，
cannot leave until the replacement staff arrival.
?未經(jīng)允許不能離開泳池。暫時離開工作崗位，必須要求等代崗人員到達后方可離開。
15??Stay fit to perform job adequately which requires swimming endurance and
strength.
保持充分的工作所需的耐力和體力。
16??Attend all meetings and training sessions as required.
根據(jù)公司需要參加所有的會議和培訓。
17??The lifeguard should not drink alcohol the night before the shift. If under the
influence of alcohol, must inform Supervisor or Manager.
不能在工作班次前夜喝酒，如有酒精影響請及時告知主管或經(jīng)理。
18??Should not use mobile phone while on duty unless reporting an emergency. 工作時
不能使用手機，除非有特殊情況需進行匯報。
19??Immediately reports to Club Supervisor and senior management about all
emergencies.
遇到緊急情況立即報告會所主管和高級管理人員。
20??Perform any other task as assigned by Management when not on lifeguard duty.
在不擔任救生員職責時，完成任何指派的其他工作。
Requirements 資質(zhì)需求
1? Must hold the national recognized swimming lifeguard qualification certificate. （Renew
required certifications before expiry）.
必須持有國家承認的游泳救生員資格證書（證件到期需及時更新）。?
2? Have good attitude and energy to meet the requirements of the job.
必須具有良好的狀態(tài)和精力滿足工作需求。?
3??Over 2 years working experience in fitness center of serviced apartment or starred hotels.
具有2年以上服務公寓/星級酒店健康中心工作經(jīng)驗。
4??Good knowledge and very familiar with the service knowledge of swimming pool and fitness
centre, master swimming and lifesaving first aid skills, know the knowledge of swimming
disinfection.
熟悉游泳池，健身中心的服務知識，掌握游泳和救生急救技術，懂得游泳衛(wèi)生消毒知?識。
5??Professional grooming with good communication skills.
?良好的儀容儀表，良好的溝通能力。
6??Can work under great pressure.
?能夠承擔較大的壓力。
