1.Manage the operation of the Wellness Center to ensure the safety and service standard are met and that optimum service is provided to hotel guests and members, in line with the hotel’s objectives.
管理健身中心以確保安全及服務標準得到滿足和最佳服務是提供給酒店客人和會員,符合酒店的目標。
2.Manage the operations of Wellness Center, to ensure stock of amenity, equipment and manpower are sufficient for all activities to achieve hotel service quality standard.
管理健身中心以確保舒適,設(shè)備和人員足以讓所有操作達到酒店服務質(zhì)量的標準。
3.Conduct inspection on equipment and machines for the proper functioning and application to ensure the security and safety of guests and associates.
檢查設(shè)備和器械的正常運行和應用,確??腿撕屯碌陌踩?。
4.Develop and maintain good relationship with hotel guest and members in order to generate revenues.
與酒店客人及會員建立良好的關(guān)系,為酒店創(chuàng)收。
5.Monitor and revise programme of Fitness center by providing up-dated activities for fulfilling guests’ expectation. Responsible for interviewing, training, counselling and motivating the associates to work at their best.
監(jiān)控與更新健身中心提供最新的活動滿足客人的期望。負責面試、培訓、輔導和激勵工作的同事在他們最好的。
6.Control cost by supervising the consumption of amenity, chemical and energy to ensure budget of expense is met.
控制成本的消耗,確保預算費用。
7.Manager the cleaning and plant of Fitness Center, to meet the cleanliness and tidiness of hotel standard.
管理健身中心的清潔和植物,符合酒店標準的清潔和整潔。
8.Complete other duties as assigned.
完成其他職責。
任職要求 Qualification
1.Minimum 3 years' college education
至少三年大專
2.Certification in Life-saving and Cardiopulmonary
急救及心肺復蘇認證
3.Minimum four years' experience
至少四年經(jīng)驗
4.Good oral and written English proficiency, good service manner, able to communicate with all levels, good in computers ,able to work under pressure and adapt to work in shifts.
良好的英文口語和寫作能力,良好的服務意識和溝通能力,良好的電腦技能,能在壓力下工作并適應倒班工作。
