1. Responsible for overall operation of Chinese areas of the F&B Division while maintaining quality standards and maximizing profitability.

2. Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards.

3. Participate in establishment of marketing and public relations plan for the respective areas. Support and assist with new concepts and promotions.
參與制定餐廳的營銷和公關(guān)關(guān)系計(jì)劃。支持和協(xié)助新概念和促銷活動(dòng)。
4. Responsible for the results of the TrustYou, GoAudits, LQA & Forbes in the respective areas, ensures all standards, sequences and interaction are in line and that necessary changes to comply are implemented.

5. Monthly financial performance to be reviewed, action plans made accordingly. Responsible for the sales, revenues, costs achievement of the bars/ restaurants' established targets.

6. Liaise with local and national brands, distributors and establish partnership/sponsorship which are in line with our reputation, services and needs. Results coming out of these collaborations must be beneficial for the F&B division and generate financial performance and/or market awareness.

Requirements 任職資格:
Thorough knowledge of first-class food and beverage operations.
貫徹一流的食品和飲品運(yùn)營知識(shí)。
Thorough knowledge of imported and domestic wines, spirits, beverages, condiments, tools, technics.
對進(jìn)口和國產(chǎn)葡萄酒、烈酒、飲料、調(diào)味品、工具和工藝有透徹的了解。
Ability to understand a financial statement and react to it; ability to establish annual objectives for the each outlets and each member of the team.

College degree, preferable in hotel and restaurant management.

Experiences 經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求:
Minimum five years’ experience in a similar capacity for a luxury or ultra-luxury property.
