Job Purpose 職位描述
Produce a Public Relations Plan which promotes and maintains good public relations in order to maintain the prestigious image of the hotel. Duties involve planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in all Public Relations activities.
制作公關計劃,促進和保持良好的對外關系,以保持酒店的聲望。具體任務包括計劃、指導、管理、協(xié)調和參與所有公關活動。
Primary Responsibilities 主要職責
· Report the task to DOSM, service for his work arrangement, and try ones best to set the hotel good image.
向市場銷售總監(jiān)報告工作,服務其工作安排,盡自己所能建立酒店的良好形象。
· Assisting DOSM working, supervise the MARCOM Dept. talent work, and ensure the tasks finish smoothly.
協(xié)助市場銷售總監(jiān)工作,監(jiān)督市場傳媒部的人才工作,并保證該部門工作順利完成。
Knowledge and Experience 知識和經驗
· Have more than five years work experiences in hotel and more than three years work experiences of MARCOM
具有五年以上酒店工作經驗,并有三年以上市場傳訊工作經歷
· Have a whole knowledge and master the facility, service project character, hotel operation guideline and sales strategy
全面了解并掌握酒店的設施設備、各種服務項目、產品特點、酒店經營方針及銷售策略等
· Have a good knowledge of news, advertisement, advertising and other professional knowledge, know well about the marketing, and expanding operation, know about the situation of travel area and hotel management knowledge, master the public relation, psychology and physical science and other basic knowledge
掌握新聞、廣告、宣傳等專業(yè)知識,熟悉營銷和推廣業(yè)務,了解旅游業(yè)現狀及酒店管理知識,掌握公共關系學、心理學、行為科學等基礎知識
· Know well the policy, laws, regulation of government
了解政府有關政策、法律和條款規(guī)定
· Use foreign language conversation with the foreign customers, and have the ability to read and translate foreign language professional data, possessing strong foreign conversation and write skills
通用外語與外賓進行熟練會話,并能閱讀和翻譯一門外文有關專業(yè)資料,具有較強的外語會話和寫作能力
· Possess extensive social activity and strong organizing abilities.
具有廣泛的社交活動能力和較強的組織協(xié)調能力
· Possess good PR visualize
