1.Responsible to assist the Hotel Manager in the management of all aspects of the Beverage & Food functions, in accordance with hotel standards. Directs, implements and maintains a service and management philosophy which serves as a guide to respective managers and staff. Assists and supports all Food & Beverage outlets and banquets for Management and Leadership assistance.

4.Maintains effective communication on the activities of the department with Beverage & Food Director and all concerned departments in order to provide the best personal service to the guest

5.Establishes policies and processes with management for the operation of all food & beverage-related areas to achieve productive and profitable results.

6.Assists to establish and achieve objectives and desired standards in guest satisfaction, customer service, food, sanitation, creativity and promotions.

7.Instills a high concern for effective control of guest satisfaction, employee satisfaction, food & beverage products, and operating costs.
